Knapp Basketball, LLC is Born
The game of basketball has had a strong effect on the Knapp family. Now the Knapp
family hopes to return the favor and further the game of basketball to new heights in the
state of New York. Led by Al Knapp, President and Scott Knapp, Vice President,
Knapp Basketball, LLC will have two leaders that have a combined 31 years of coaching
and over 20 years of playing experience. Knapp Basketball, LLC will offer a number of
services including:
- College Exposure Shootout - Where aspiring high school basketball players can play in
front of local and regional college basketball coaches in hopes of beginning a recruitment
process.
- Summer Basketball Camps - Opportunity for youths to attend various basketball camps
ranging from ages 8 to 18.
- Coaching Clinics - Knapp Basketball, LLC holds a limited number of basketball
coaching clinics. Opportunities are available to have the staff to travel to your location.
- Individual/Group instruction - Opportunity to have Knapp Basketball, LLC staff work
with an individual or group on various improvement skills. Opportunities are available to
have staff travel to your location.
- Coaching Manuals - Soon to be released coaching manuals authored by Hall of Fame
Coach Al Knapp.
- Book - Soon to be released book by Hall of Fame Coach Al Knapp which outlines how
his life has been connected to the game of basketball.
